Martin Luther King Jr. Day 2010
January 18th, 2010Posted by the ninja
You may not know the exact date of Martin Luther King Jr. Day, but don’t worry. The reason is because it is observed on the third Monday in January. I don’t need to go into a long post here, you know why we remember Marin Luther King Jr. Rev. Dr. King was assassinated in 1968. But it wasn’t until 1983, 15 years later, that then President Ronald Regan signed the holiday into law. Even though a campaign had been made to honor him shortly after his assassination.
What better way to remember this great man than by sharing his famous speech: I Have A Dream
